Spring Break: A Sucky Universe ___2001-03-08 - 21:51:33

Hm...it's been quite a while, ne?

So "what's been happening?" Well...most of the usual stuff, I guess. The same stuff still bugs me: parents, school, jerks(Paul)...parents,well, you get the point.

My spring break is drawing to a close tomorrow. *sigh* Oh no! Tomorrow's the 9th!! "So what?" Well, it's my and my boyfriend's 3month anniversary. Whooo hooo!! 3 whole months and he doesn't hate me! *in her Heero voice* Mission ... accomplished!

Oh, about Paul. He came up behind my boyfriend and I a week or two ago... and said the worst thing yet. "So, [DnT], we still on for tonight?"

Silence. Ahhhhhhhhhh!!!! Why won't the guy just go away!! *pause* Oh. I forgot. He is. Why? Well, I was venting to my best friend of...10 years(whoa!) and she said, "[DnT]you just have to put up with him the rest of the year..." And I'll graduate and never see him again, right? "...and then you'll never see him again. He's moving back to Missouri."

Silence, again. Why in the HELL did I feel almost SAD then!? What's WRONG with me!

"What do you mean," I calmly asked.

"He's going to go to college out there."

*pause* Quietly, "He told me he hated it there."

It's true. He did say that. He said he missed the water. I swear. Sometimes, it felt like he almost had a heart... ALmost.

Oh well, I only have to put up with him for a few more months. "...and then you'll never see him again. He's moving back to Missouri."

*scouls at the memory* Quiet you!

"...and then you'll never see him again. ..."

I couldn't help wondering at that moment...wishing I could have another chance... but no. No more chances. Hell, we never really had a chance to do anything but hate each other. *sigh* Oh well.

Maybe the universe planned it that way. It's our destiny. Just a few more months...3 more months, and we'll never have to see each other again.

The universe sucks.
